About GoForIt

Workouts, meals, progress and habits in one iPhone app, planned by Malo, your AI guide, from what you tell it.

The GoForIt app suggesting the next weight to lift after three sets at 20 kg rated Good.

Why GoForIt exists

Many fitness plans assume a perfect week: every session done, every meal on time.

Real weeks are different. A meeting runs late, you sleep badly, the gym is packed.

GoForIt is built for real weeks. When a day slips, your plan follows instead of falling apart.

What GoForIt is

  • A complete app

Training and exercises, meals, progress and habits live in one app, each in its own screen. You don't juggle several apps or copy anything from one to another.

  • One unified intelligence

Malo, your AI guide, understands what you tell it in your own words and connects your training, your meals and your progress. What you say turns into proposed changes in the right screens.

  • Guidance that's yours

Your plan starts from your time, your gear and your level. When a day slips, it follows.

How we work

  • GoForIt is not a medical service. Malo is an AI guide, not a health professional, and does not give medical advice.
